Hi all,
This is more for the EE people to respond as i have a different EE account which was hacked earlier this month i have made 3-4 phone calls regarding this and at the end of each they tell me they are going to look into and call me back,
my account was hacked and they tried purchasing items on the account as well as changed all information for the account such as my ID, email address, password & home address.
I still to this day not had a phone call back and i cant pay my bill until i have the account as i dont have a direct debit set up.
