I'm trying to unlock content lock. I need help.

@Marlan : Are you on contract or PAYG?

On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

@Marlan You need to call customer services and with a credit card by a refundable token or you have to go to an EE store with photo ID and make this request there.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can remove content lock within your My EE account as long as you are the account holder.
