Automated call saying a payment has been blocked  pressed 1 to talk to an “advisor “ when I asked from what account he said Natwest  then  Barclays Bank funny I don’t bank with them ? Just thought I’d share

I received a scam call today from someone pretending to be from EE and offering me a deal on a Samsung phone.  I asked the lady to send me an email and she rang off.

Scam guard - technical fault

I purchased scam guard yesterday, and have the link. I have tried switching off WiFi and trying with it switched on, but all I get is a message saying there is a technical fault, so am unable to set it up, any ideas @Any ?
