I've just realised that EE is not concerned about being linked to a fraudulent website....if they were they would have proper customer services and you might actually get to speak to someone....

EE should distance themselves from ontopup because in my opinion they are acting in fraudulent manner by setting up monthly payments without  peoples knowledge and authorisation.

EE are not going to have a full customer facing department dedicated to dealing with scam websites. Call customer service on 150 and whoever you speak with will take details and likely report it internally. Still not sure what you mean about being associated with scam websites but still
