Why can’t I watch porn

Content unlock doesn't work I'm on payasgo

Dosent work there is no option to turn of adult content tent on the app or Web site

That's right, @Budokai . On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

If you're trying to remove your content lock it's not possible to sort this through the Community, as we don't have access to your account. 

Have you had a chance to try any of the steps mentioned earlier in this thread, or checked out our help article

This will depend on whether you're on contract or pay as you go, but that should sort things right out.

Hi @Yacine74 

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID
