We would never ask our customers to log into a link via text if there was a payment issue; we would always recommend they log into the dedicated EE app or get in touch with our team directly.
I'd definitely forward this on like @Chris_B mentioned too, and we'll reply right back asking for the number this was sent from.

@Silviasherr You need to forward the message to 7726 ( SPAM ) and then the number when prompted.

Thanks I try and remember that. I deleted the text so can't do that anymore.

I will try and remember that next time but have deleted the text now and put a block on the number.
