Our company website (www.chillfrost.co.uk) is being blocked by your internet service as unsafe. This is impacting our business operations.

This is not customer service, this is a public forum, you will have to contact customer service, as we cannot do anything here.

There is another thread about companies being blocked when using mobile SIM cards and they are already looking into this, which I suspect may be the same reason why this is happening. I would suggest taking a look here:

Welcome to the community. 

I've tested the website and appear to be able to access it without any error or warnings. 

Can you tell us which type and brand of internet connection you are using when trying to access your website which results in the warning? 

Also which type of device are you using? e.g. iphone, tablet, android device, windows PC etc
