I have used NordVPN for years but suddenly could not access their website on Windows PC (Firefox and Edge)
I could also not logon to or use the NordVPN app on IOS or IpadOS - logon attempts just hang. As I still had the installer from when I bought it I tried running that but it failed.
Raised a ticket with NordVPN who eventually suspected my ISP (EE) so they suggested I disable Wifi and try with just 4/5G on my Iphone - this was successful, the app worked and I could log on! When I switched Wifi back on the app failed again.
After that they then asked me to completely turn off Parental Controls using the EE app and hey presto everything worked again on all devices. When I reintroduce the controls, even at the lowest level, everything fails again. Any advice/comments would be welcomed

👍Sound advice Jim and thats what I have done out of necessity but I am curious as to the root cause. Nord have suggested asking EE to whitelist them.

@Malladee You can try the ask EE but not likely to get anywhere, the EE app is a two week cycle on updates, just keep trying and testing, it will probably clear as easy as it came on! At least you have the work around at present to keep you going!
