ONT not installed on Fibre

GavinSH

Hi,

I've recently had Essentials Fibre 67 installed into my new home. We have an Openreach Master Socket 5c connected to the hub not an ONT. I'm just wondering if this is correct because I didn't think the 5c could run fibre?

Thanks

It's all correct! You have partial Fibre (FTTC) thro' a standard BT phone socket. An ONT is only used with Full Fibre (FTTP).
