Removing Safe Search (without credit card)

- I want to know why I have to proof my age to remove Safesearch. I am clearly a EE member as such they know all my personal details. Also I don't own a credit card and haven't got time to go into EE shop to get it removed. EE knows I'm over 18. What's the problem???

@Sensi101 who’s not to say you’ve given the device to a child ? You might be the account holder but it doesn’t mean you’re the user of the device.
