@Fadikhudari : Are you on contract or PAYG?

• On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
• On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

I can’t believe how difficult this is! I don’t own a credit card and the closest store is miles away….. I have not had this problem with previous networks and being honest it’s sad that this is the only issue I’ve found/or had with EE they’ve been brilliant up till this….

I understand your frustration in your circumstance if you don't have a Credit Card or EE store available. Parental controls help you and your family stay safe by blocking access to 18-rated content on a device using the EE mobile network. We take our responsibilities towards content control seriously, which is why we have these steps in place to verify the age of the user looking to access restricted content. Thanks for your understanding with this. 

If you were to change from a Pay as you go to a Pay monthly contract, even if on a SIM only deal, you'd be able to change your settings easily without further checks each time.
