@Ovidiu90 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Are you a contract or a pay as you go customer?

If you have a contract account, you can find more information about removing the content lock on our How Do I Turn On Parental Controls on My Device? help page.

If you have a pay as you go account, I recommend getting in touch with our team to request this. You can also visit an EE Retail store with photo ID to complete this.
