I am new to EE broadband and can see that I have a multi device cyber security option to download. what I cannot find anywhere is how long this option is available. For example is it for the duration of the broadband contract ( and thereafter if renewing broadband with EE) or for a limited time only. I ask as I have a package with another security provider till July with the VPN till October and would like to switch to this free option once they run out. I cannot see this info anywhere on line and have tried to ring but nothing on the phone options apply to this query and they keep wanting to test my line- not the issue at all! Thank you

Hi @northwest
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry you've had trouble finding an answer to your question. You can take out Cyber Security at any point during your time with us, so if you wanted to wait until your existing cover ends, you can.
Hope this helps.
