Id like to know if ee have passed my private number onto any governmental departments ? How will they send my private phone the latest warning texts otherwise ??

The Emergency Services Broadcast does not need mobile phone numbers, it will broadcast to all Devices registered on a cell site, it is a different protocol to SMS 

Your personal data

The emergency services and the UK government do not need your phone number to send you an alert.

Data about you, your device or location will not be collected or shared.

UK Govt. Emergency Alerts will be sent to all nos. in the affected areas.

Is that legal ! My phone is bought & not contract & my sim is Rolling, ive never given permission for ee to give my number to anyone let alone government !
