Potential fraud

I have an account from EE showing on my credit history yet I have never bought anything from EE before - so I think someone I know has used my details - I don’t want this to be defaulting and killing my credit score anymore - how do I get this sorted

Hi @Joshdodd95 I can imagine it's very worrying for you to see something on your credit history that you know shouldn't be.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our credit team so that they can investigate this.

• your full name
• your address including postcode
• a contact telephone number
• as much detail around your query as possible
