Hi There,
I upgraded in store today. Whilst there I had a text to my phone that I needed to provide to the advisor to access my account and set up my upgrade. All was well and good with my upgrade!
3 hours later, away from the store, I have had another text from EE saying the same thing.....'Please provide this pin to the advisor...if it's not you please report it to 150.'
Of course i tried to call 150 and impossible to get through.
Is this some kind of fraud and what shall I do?

I would suggest calling us again on 150, the team can check your account and let you know if the second PIN has been sent in error.
