I keep getting charged when sending photos by text message. I only have 2GB as I'm on the house Wi-Fi most of the time, is this the reason I get charged?

Taken deposit

Just ordered a new pay monthly phone ..EE have taken the 50 pounds upfront payment .. but I have had no confirmation email for my order and it's not letting me go to the confirmation page on the site ...  

My SIM hasn't arrived

I ordered a 24month SIM about a week ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I'm just wondering what the usual delivery time for a SIM has been for others before I try ringing customer service.  Thanks
