Hi is anyone else getting messages supposed to be from EE  saying they've got thousands of rewards points that's going to be  lost in 2 days if they dont  click on the link to spend them?

Call bank straight away and they will give you another card, do it now.

Sorry to hear that happened but well done you on realising that something wasn't right and taking the appropriate action it is scary when things happen like that and we fall for it but don't blame yourself as people do fall for them as they are so convincing scammers are getting more and more crafty as time goes on. I'm glad you sorted it and all is ok.

All I done was rang my bank and had a chat with them for peace of mind.
Whether it is a scam or not, it's a good habit to have. Stay safe 👍

@Rita2020  You need to forward the message to 7726 ( spam ) and then the number when prompted.     It was a scam and you quickly realise that.  There is not much you can do now with the address you provided ( except move house ) .  The only thing you could do with your number is to request a change of number by calling customer services.     You could also change your email address on your EE account if this is the one you provided.   I would personally do this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
It is worrying how good these people are, and I didn't realise how many
people have been involved. Take care, be aware.
