Message scam about rewards points from EE

Hi is anyone else getting messages supposed to be from EE saying they've got thousands of rewards points that's going to be lost in 2 days if they dont click on the link to spend them?

Sorry to hear that happened but well done you on realising that something wasn't right and taking the appropriate action it is scary when things happen like that and we fall for it but don't blame yourself as people do fall for them as they are so convincing scammers are getting more and more crafty as time goes on. I'm glad you sorted it and all is ok.

Hi I got a text from EE saying I have got reward points from From EE I think it is a scam .I put my address name,phone number in also my email. It got to the end and asked for my bank details .but I realised it was a scam so I didn't put it in thank goodness .but they have my email address home address ,mobile number ,what will they do with this should I be worried.

@Rita2020 You need to forward the message to 7726 ( spam ) and then the number when prompted. It was a scam and you quickly realise that. There is not much you can do now with the address you provided ( except move house ) . The only thing you could do with your number is to request a change of number by calling customer services. You could also change your email address on your EE account if this is the one you provided. I would personally do this.
