Message scam about rewards points from EE

Hi is anyone else getting messages supposed to be from EE saying they've got thousands of rewards points that's going to be lost in 2 days if they dont click on the link to spend them?

I contacted EE through message they asked for the number and also gave me a number to text to report it. We got caught out by it as well! Have you cancelled bank cards used? Tell bank its scam, hope this helps

I also had this text and put in my bank details, I have cancelled my card will this stop them frombusing my card in the future?
