Hi, just had a call. It came up as EE on my phone. Also knew details of my account. Added a new item to my account. Seemed legitimate but now I am getting concerned incase it was a scam. How can I make sure it was genuine.

Call EE Customer Services on 150 and they can take a look into your account for you.
