Identify fraud used to take ee mobile contract in my name.

Today(5/12/22) I received a letter from ee telling to expect my bill of £84.35 to be taken on the 7th December. I have never had any dealings with ee. I want to know what to do as it is causing me much distress.

Hi @Rsharp419,

Welcome to the EE Community.

I'm sorry to hear you've been a victim of identity fraud.

I've sent you a private message. Please check your inbox and get back to me when you have a moment.

Thanks

James

Hi there James,

I have also suffered this same issue.  I have spoken to someone at EE about it on Monday this week and would be grateful for an update.  I have spent a lot of money on signing up with the 3 main credit search agencies to prevent further fraud taking place.

please can you advise me what I can do.  I have a timeline of events and actions that I have taken and would like to hear how EE will resolve things for me.

Kind regards,

Gavin
