If you need to remove your content lock on a contract number to view 18+ content you can do this in app by selecting the profile button in the top right then select Settings then Parental controls or via the website Content Unlock

If you're on pay as you go, it's not possible to remove content lock online, you would usually need to call our team on 150 and make a refundable token payment via a credit card. 

If you don't have a credit card, you can also visit one of our retail stores with a valid passport or UK driving licence, and they can remove this for you from there.
