I have had fraud in my account and ee won’t help me to sort and keep sending bill any chance you can help

I have been trying to but unable to get through. My issue is that I have been informed in a text message from EE that I have changed my billing address but I haven't changed it. How can I raise my concern to speak to someone urgently?
