I have had fraud in my account and ee won’t help me to sort and keep sending bill any chance you can help

I'm sorry to hear you've been the victim of fraud. Have you reported it to our Customer Care Team?

Yes I have and I have told my bank and stopped my direct debit but I am still receiving bills saying I owe £196

I have spoke to 4 people and none of them have been any help do you have a email or phone no for anybody that will help

I was advised by Laura to cancel direct debit and the bill would stay at £12 a month as I was paying and ee would sort the rest out I have sent everything over to her but now getting no response and still getting debt letters from ee
