Our business website https://return.co is currently being blocked by EE Advanced Web Protect.
The website was recently compromised, but the security incident has now been fully remediated and the website has been cleaned and secured.
Current VirusTotal results show the overwhelming majority of security providers classify the site as clean, including:
Google Safe Browsing
BitDefender
Sophos
ESET
Webroot
Sucuri SiteCheck
Dr.Web
URLhaus
A small number of providers are still retaining historic classifications following the previous compromise, and we are separately requesting reviews from those providers.
The website works correctly on other internet connections, but EE users are receiving ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when trying to access it.
Could the EE Support Team please pass return.co and www.return.co to the categorisation team and your third party security supplier for review and whitelisting?
The website belongs to Return, an established UK digital marketing agency.
