Dark Web Monitoring Emails URL's in EE emails are malformed

I get notifications from EE for DARK WEB ACTIVITY DETECTED, when I select the button the URL always fails, what is the point? when I go to help I get a page that states go to 

1. Sign in to https://ee.co.uk/ EE credentials.
2. Click Addons & Extras and select EE Cyber Security.

and I cannot find Addons & Extras what am I doing wrong?

We don't want you to have any issues using our Cyber Security, so I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Could you try clearing your cookies and cache and see if this allows you to see what you need?
