Hi Everyone,
I wish to change the actual broadband password, the bthomehub@btbroadband.com one not the WiFi one.
The reason for this is i co-own a house and things have turned into a dispute and pettiness, now obviously I can change router settings etc, but all someone has to do is unplug my hub and use a third party router to connect with the default username/password
Does anyone know if and how i can accomplish this please

Unfortunately the PPPOE settings laid out at https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/using-and-configuring-a-third-party-router are not user-customisable as they are a standard set of credentials that BT/EE use to validate connections to the network.
You may instead wish to speak to EE Customer Services to discuss what options you have.

If you were a v. old legacy user you could well have a personalised PPPoE username pwd looking like either:
If you had, they would still work on New EE BB, but you probably hadn't.
