Block texts to competition numbers

Hi there, I have a problem with entering radio competitions, texting entries to an 8212 number. Please can you advise how to restrict access to these numbers? Thanks.

Do you get an error message when you try to text these numbers?

Do you know if you've got a spend cap on your account?

Hi Jon,

No error message and the price cap doesn't seem to affect it.

Are you able to send normal text messages.

Are you sure you've got the right short code? They're usually five digits not four.

The HEART radio competition is 82122.
