Text messages to EE's 150 number never delivered

Whenever I try to report a fault or confirm a fixed fault texting the appropriate word/s to EE the message has never been delivered.

@Mikaye Messages are sent on a mobile device ie PHONE / HELP / GUIDE to 66033 etc
