is it genuine or a scam ?

That looks a genuine EE website to me. The underlying domain ee.co.uk is in evidence

You sure you quoted the link (which is on EE's domain) correctly? Many others today are getting similar fake Rewards offers pointing them at like:

Yes,quoted the hyperlink correctly, despite Norton’s Malicious website warning, I clicked the hyperlink and it was a genuine EE link.
