Hi @Suz1980,

Yes, that's a genuine message from EE.

James

Hi James, I received the same message. Is this £5 offer a trial period or does it continue.

Hi

I also got this and replied yes as it said ‘add apple one to your account now’.

I then got

Thanks for showing your interest in Apple One, we have registered your interest and will be back in touch to update you

so they don’t add it straight away at all??

Can you please confirm when this offer starts for those interested?

I also replied a couple of weeks ago and received the automated response “Thanks for showing your interest in Apple One, we have registered your interest and will be back in touch to update you”, but there has been no follow-up.

What is the timeframe for this offer? When will it be added to our accounts/billed? I imagine most people interested, already have subscriptions with competitors for this service and it would be useful to plan cancellations, etc… so as to not be paying for the same/similar thing twice.

Hello @YDP

When you log in to your My EE account can you see Apple One under your add-ons?

Katie

Hi Katie_B,

No, Apple One does not appear under my add-ons.
