Hi Leanne thank you very much for your reply .....
I am 'old school retro ' and prefer to use nokia 6310i as my preferred easy usable phone.I am not great with tech and as usual after a while a grade A reconditioned phone starts displaying some of the usual faults inherent with phones of this age.
I simply tried to swop my existing sim xxxxxxxxxxxxxx over to a new recon unit which I assume was sold from ebay as unlocked.Once the sim is put into the new 6310i the phone asks me to enter the security code which I don't know.
Can you help and please tell me where I get the security code from or might it be a generic number like four zeros for example?
Be so grateful for help and advice please.

Hi @markbowler 

The default code should be 12345, I believe. Could you give that a try?

@markbowler   If the default code doesn’t work you’ll have to take this up with the person/business you got this device from.   The code could have been changed and EE don’t know what the code could now be.
