I need to change the tariff plan of my SIM card. When I try to do this, app asked for a PAC code. I do not understand how to find it. I cannot call the provider because I speak English very poorly. I just want to change the tariff plan of my SIM card, nothing more. Thank you

@Tetiana28 : PACs are used to port nos. between networks. Is that what you trying to do?

How are you trying to change the plan on your SIM that gives rise to a request for a PAC?

Are you still within your min. term of your existing plan?
