hello I would like some help too I have just recently done a transfer and my number was supposed to be done by 6 pm today which it seems it has but it has not changed for my phone or something has gone wrong every number I try to call is apparently a wrong number and I still can’t not use my mobile data at all and people can not get in touch with me as it just goes straight to voice mail is there any help possible please thank you

Hi @Andy_Spenny 

Have you restarted the device since port completion time? 

You may need to call Customer Service team (from a different phone) to check the port has completed successfully.
