New pay monthly contract , porting, second sim, Apple Watch

Hi

recently switched over from Vodafone to ee. Got my SIM card on Wednesday. I actually provided my PAC at the time of signing up for a sim only contract.

when I switched on the SIM card I had a message form 150 “Hi from EE.  Well transfer your number by 6pm on {DD/MM}. Thanks.”

so I have no idea when I’ll have my number over.

additionally  when I try to activate my Apple Watch the ee site says my contract doesn’t support additional lines and to call 150 quoting 07. What’s this about?

ans finally .. how does one get that additional unlimited data £10 SIM card? I can’t seem to log in on ee to get to the shop and see the offer. All I get is 5gb for £10

overall not extremely enthused about my porting experience thus far lol

@Lpgc001  Until you get your first bill and paid it you’ll not be able to add your Apple Watch to your account.

can you provide a link to this additional sim at £10 for unlimited data because that’s the first time I’ve heard about that.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Lpgc001

Welcome to the Community, and welcome to EE !

Sorry that you don't have a date showing, that's obviously not how it's meant to show!

Usually the porting takes place next working day. It's worth making a first phone call just to make sure the porting process is fully activated to go through.
