I have moved from sky and put my ee sim in tonight and then I got the same message , not sure if it’s because i didn’t use capitals when I sent my pac code , hopefully ee phone tomorrow and sort it out

Don't worry, when you give us your PAC, It doesn't matter if you used capitals or not.
When did you pass your PAC over to us?

Hi and thanks for the welcome , i signed up to Plus net Broadband and on Saturday just gone they offered me a sim deal with EE , I gave them my pac code at the same time 👍🏼

A PAC usually transfers within 1 working day, so I'd have expected your number to have moved over by now.
Is your old Three sim card still working with your number?

Strange that as I’ve just put my sky sim back in and yes it’s still allowing phone calls , I’ve had a email from sky saying how much I owe when I switch so maybe it’s in the process

Thanks for checking that @Borislufc It sounds like it's in the process of moving over if you've had an email from your provider with the disconnection cost, but I'd like to make sure that you get some clarity on the situation, so I'd recommend giving one of our guides a call, so that they can double check that we're in the process of moving you over.
