Once you've received your SIM from EE, get your PAC from your current network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Although the PAC code was not accepted.  It is from BT.  Hopefully it will transfer without me having to complete the form.  I will be calling EE tomorrow if it does not transfer automatically now as friends are unable to call me/text me on my old number at the moment:(

You would get notification to the old and new SIM card when your number is about to transfer and has transferred. Did you agree to move to EE via your existing BT Mobile account?

Hi @stella12345

Thanks for coming here.

Has the number now transferred to the EE SIM card?

When did the BT SIM stop working?

Leanne 🙂

@Amarjit2 : As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
