stuggle to port number from old network

HI ... trying to port my number in, but EE are saying the EE number is not valid and should start 07.... the number is already pre-populated from my account and i have checked against the paperwork received with the sim and it matches - any ideas ?

Thank you - i was trying to work out how to close this off.  It's worked now, i think it was just a delay int he system to recognise my account.  I'm new EE so learning my way around

@orreokat , what does your mobile number start with, as it needs to be starting with 07, make sure it is not O7 but is 07, the first one is the letter o in capital and the second is number 0, which I would have thought you are doing correctly.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
