Phone number tranfer

I've had my number transferred to my new Pay Monthly SIM. Will I be out of a number when it gets transferred if my new one hasn't arrived yet?

Welcome to the community,

Have you given the PAC code to EE yet? Always best to wait until you get the EE SIM card before doing so, as SIM cards are sent via second class post. If you have received your SIM card from EE you should be ok.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Yes, I have given my PAC Code. Just wondering though, because it says it'll be transferred within 24 Hours, whether or not it'll make my current SIM useless until the new one arrives.

@Benjamin3 , unfortunately, it sounds like it will, as once your number has been transferred to EE, the one from the other network will be dead.

If you are near an EE shop, you could always go in there and get one activated for you, they will sort you out.
