sim not working

hi there,

 i was on bt mobile  then was moved to EE in jan. sim stopped working. got a replacement EE sim sent out, not working. Been in to EE shop.  Another new sim inserted. worked for around 20 mins then stopped again. Phone is not locked ( apple 14 pro max) Guy in shop checked settings and all was well.  Dont know what to do next. Any advice?

Does your phone show No SIM?

it doesnt say anything. Where will it show that?
there are no bars on the signal. I am now in another part of the country
so its not picking up the network. When i was in the store the guy said
that there was nothing wrong with the phone. Is it just 3 fauly sims in a
row?

This should show in the top right corner of your phone.

Have you tried your SIM in another device?

I'm not sure what could be causing this, the issue occurring when the SIM is in a different phone indicates this is a SIM problem. 

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our technical care team who can run some tests.
