SIM card

Hi, I was setting up my mobile phone and accidentally clicked on eSIM and now my main SIM card won’t register in my phone can you help me please

Hi @Alanaclark 

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If you have selected eSIM this would deactivate the existing SIM card, do you have an option to download the eSIM in your device settings or the EE app? 

If not, you would need to call us or pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get a replacement SIM card.
