Are you able to test the SIM in another unlocked phone, to see if it works, @jamiegrantttt?

It may be worth giving our customer service team a call so they can check everything from our side for you.

@jamiegrantttt

Have you switched the phone off and on again?

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*

i don’t unfortunately. was thinking of popping down to the local store tomorrow to be honest

yes i have tried a couple of times. taken. the sim out and cleans that and the port

If you are going to go down to your local store, please bring either a Passport or Driving Licence with you so they can verify you and in case they need to do a replacement SIM.

These methods are the only way they can verify you in the absence of a working SIM to send a OTP to. This ID Scan process would be required for security purposes for replacement SIMs in-store, and if you were unable to bring either of these then you would need to order a replacement SIM over the phone with customer services if that is the issue.
