I'm trying to register my phone# but I'm unable due to the error below:

@suraryszard  Are you an EE customer with a EE sim in your device?   If you are then call customer services on 150 as requested. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just received my card and I'm traing to regisert. I can only call to call customer services on 150 from ee.

Hi @suraryszard.

 

Was this SIM card for a brand new line with EE or was it an upgrade?

 

Have you put the SIM card in the phone?
