Hi,
I recently upgraded and transferred to a digital sim, however the phone was faulty and I have had a new one. I have also received a new sim, however it shows no service and is not receiving the SMS code.
As I have no phone I cannot call anyone - what do I do?

If you are unable to receive the PIN to activate the SIM card, you would need to get in touch with our customer care team. They will be able to get this registered for you.
