Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Network.

By default, Automatic is selected. Turn off the Automatic option Then select a different network to the one your on then once its searched for it select your network see  if that helps

it won’t let me do anything when i went on mobile data it said add data plan and I couldn't do anything else
