hi my name is Damon, ive lost my phone with my sim card in it, its a pay as you go sim card and i need it to gain access into everything, see i've managed to login to my ee account but it says my account is now closed for no reason, but i really need access into my account so i can get my sim card replaced with the same number because if i cant i've lost access to everything, i need to buy a new phone because the police still cant find my phone, but i have a temporary phone and i do need my sim card i was hoping if i can have some help in retrieving my account back as open and also get me sorted into having a sim card replacement, if i dont get this sorted ive lost access to everything including my emails for other importing things.

please email me to my old email: ********** because i've lost access to my account linked to my EE account.

@Graywolf98 , I am sorry to hear that, must have been terrible, but we have no account access and the only way is to either ring them via another phone or via a web based app, see my signature, or if you are near an EE high street store, go in there with a photo ID, they should be able to help, sorry, that is the only way to do it.

If you have not made a chargeable call or text, then you may have lost the number anyway or depending when you last used the number to do so, it could have gone into hibernation:

Welcome to the community,

Firstly you need to remover your email, as per forum rules this is not allowed, I have reported it, so may be removed by one of the moderators.

Have you actually reported it to EE that your phone and SIM card have been lost? It is urgent you do so, as they can block it and send you out a replacement sim card with the same number.

We cannot do anything here, but as it is pay as you go, when did you last make a chargeable call or text? It could have gone into hibernation and would need reactivating if you cannot log-in to your account.

I've never brought anything on EE, Ive only ever done the credit plan 30 days. but i canceled doing that years ago.

can i cant call EE as i don't have a phone, i have a temporary phone which only works for emergency call viva police and hospital, its a phone i got from the police because i was a victim of attempted murder a week ago.
