so I, like many others, filled out the requested info needed to change over, including pac to keep original number, had email confirmation from EE and confirmation of my direct debit setup (not date on it however)

This was on 21st Sept - now 30th and nothing! Do I get a new sim? apparently this was all supposted to take 12-24hrs and be finished! How long do I wait for the sim?

@max2903  you should’ve had this by now as these are sent out second-class Royal mail I highly recommend you give custom services a call about this as it sounds like it’s not been processed.
