Hello @michael657.

If you submit your PAC code before 5.30pm on a working day, we will endeavour to have your number transferred the following working day.

I would recommend allowing till midnight tonight for your number port to complete, if this has not completed by then please be sure to let us know.

Katie 🙂

@michael657 : Is your BT SIM still working?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

yes it is

Then the port hasn't started, yet alone completed. Wait until you get a msg from EE that it has all been done.

so the message no service is normal before porting? Does that mean that the phone connected and has started the process?

Have you been advised which day your number is due to port? Or when did you give your PAC to EE?

All info supplied yesterday including PAC. I was advised to put new sim in the new handset that arrived this morning and that would automatically start process but the message no network is concerning me!!
