My father in law has lost his phone and I ordered a replacement EE sim on 14th May. He says it hasn’t arrived. I cannot access online chat, he has no mobile phone so I am struggling to see where I can contact EE to tell them the sim hasn’t arrived! Does anyone have an email address I can use? He is struggling with all things IT but I need this sim sooner rather than later trying to prevent him having the stress of chasing. Thank you

Not sure If you live near an EE Store, but that would be the quickest way to get a replacement sim.

EE provide no email contact.
These SIMs are sent by 2nd class post.
